Code it. Build it. Glitch it.

What We Do

Four ways we get pupils building

Click a topic for more information

πŸ’» Coding

Pupils learn to code the way they learn best: by making something that's genuinely theirs. Every project starts with an idea and ends with something they can show off.

  • βœ…Design and build a game or interactive story in Scratch
  • βœ…Pick up core programming ideas β€” loops, variables, events β€” through play, not theory
  • βœ…Debug their own code, and learn that a bug is just a clue
  • βœ…Share a finished project with the group at the end of term

πŸ€– AI & Robotics

AI & Robotics sessions are hands-on from the first minute β€” pupils are designing, building and testing, not just watching.

  • βœ…Design and craft a robot or gadget using everyday materials
  • βœ…Explore how sensors and motors make a robot move and react
  • βœ…Get a first taste of how AI can extend what a robot can do
  • βœ…Test, tweak and problem-solve when something doesn't work first time

✨ Magic

Magic sessions build confidence as much as skill β€” pupils learn to perform, not just to trick.

  • βœ…Build a growing repertoire of real magic tricks, step by step
  • βœ…Practise performing in front of a friendly audience
  • βœ…Explore the problem-solving and misdirection behind every trick
  • βœ…Build confidence thinking on their feet

🎬 Animation

From a first sketch to a finished scene, pupils drive every part of their own short animation.

  • βœ…Design an original character or short story
  • βœ…Learn the basics of how animation creates movement
  • βœ…Bring a short scene to life, frame by frame
  • βœ…Share their finished animation with the group

What Parents Say

"

You've made a huge difference to [our son]'s academic year in teaching him something brand new. He absolutely loves coding and from what I've heard, he's really good at it too! He wishes to continue with coding, only with you as the teacher though!
